I’ve created this series of three courses to build a foundation for working with the unseen world, non-ordinary reality, and the liminal world.
The Level One Course is about building a foundation with the unseen world: Trusted, Protector Guides in Spirit, the Land, Elements and Nature, the Blessings from your Ancestors that you carry in your DNA, and Basic Rituals that we use to connect with the spirit world and honor birth, life, and death. The information and teachings are divided into 28 days with additional practices and stories.
The Level Two Course offers support with Stories and Rituals with Grief, Forgiveness, Elevating the Ancestors and Divination Tools. The information and teachings are divided into 28 days with additional practices and stories.
The Level Three Course guides you through the Five Step practice of connecting with your ancient ancestors and asking them to do lineage repair on each grandparent line. The information and teachings are divided into 35 days with additional practices and stories.
Definitions:
Unseen world: a realm or dimension that is not perceptible by the human senses, often associated with ancestors, spiritual beings, deities, or other non-physical entities, that exist beyond our physical reality.
Non-ordinary reality: a state of consciousness or experience that differs from normal, everyday consciousness. It can also refer to a dimension of the cosmos that exists outside of linear time and space.
Liminal world: transitional or transformative spaces in the seen and unseen world.
Level One: Building Relationships with the Unseen
Level One Ancestral Lineage Healing is a foundational course for learning and reviewing some basics that can be applied to any ancestral lineage healing. The focus is on Building relationships with the unseen world. The course material covers four relationship-building topics in twenty-eight sessions, including stories, practices, and questions for your reflection.
Week One is a foundation of ritual safety practices and developing a relationship with trusted protector guides.
Week Two is focused on building a relationship with the land.
Week Three focuses on building a relationship with blessings from your ancestors.
Week Four is focused on creating a relationship with ritual.
There is a Resource list of books, films, courses, and teachers.
There is a community group for sharing and additional information
Level Two: Elevating Our Ancestors: Practices of Grief, Forgiveness and Divination Tools
The second Ancestral Lineage Healing Course (Level Two) focuses on Grief, Forgiveness, Elevating the Ancestors, and Divination Tools.
Week One is focused on Grief and Grief Rituals.
Week Two is focused on Forgiveness and Forgiveness Practices and Rituals.
Week Three focuses Elevating our Ancestors to “Bright and Well” states.
Week Four is focused on Divination Tools and our Ancestors.
There is a Resource list of books, films, courses, and teachers.
There is a community group for sharing and additional information.

Level Three: Ancestral Healing: Lineage Repair and Relationship Building
The third Ancestral Lineage Healing Course (Level Three) focuses on the 5 Step Ancestral Lineage Healing process taught by Daniel Foor in his book Ancestral Medicine: Rituals for Personal and Family Healing, which is available online in Kindle, Paperback, and in the Library.
